Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Abicor-Binzel CAT 2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Accretech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Absocoder parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ac-Tech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Accretech such as the ETS1196B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VLS128PRA14350SXNB manufactured by Absocoder and we are pleased to be able to service most Absocoder systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 322960141 by Manufacturer Ac-Tech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Acco Brand 30254ES99012BL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Accu-coder such as 6511 equipment made by Accu-coder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accu-coder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accu-coder" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM010S made by Lenze as well as the popular R2521 original spares produced by Acbar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1052260 by Acrison and 6511 spares by Accu-coder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4D56B2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abm.
